woopssss, you right. read dduk galbi but then google was all “did you mean dak galbi.” thanks google, you made me look like a fool on the internet in front of all my friends! ^^I miss Samgak(triangle) Kimbab! That kind is dak galbi, chicken with chili paste. So my friends Kathy and Cindy have demanding that I post photos of what I eat. Since I’ve been far too eager to stop and take a photo before digging in, I figured I owed them this. Today I bought a bun from the bakery as well as onigiri! If anyone can tell me what was in it, that would be fantastic, because I have no idea really ._.
Also, check out my super sly new mousepad :D
its actually Dduk Galbi, which is basically a fancier version of a beef patty in marinade. Hmmm now i’m hungry.

haha this is right by my house!Carnival games even…this place was bumping.
My roomate bought a cannon lens in yongsan and it broke that day. He tried to go get a refund and stayed there for 4 hours arguing with the guy. No luck. He ended up taking it to the Cannon store and they said they would repair it for free! Maybe you can appeal to the maker of the cellphone in that manner. Because you are right, Koreans are generally so nice. Sorry that happened to you. TT TTAfter getting the battery on my “new” used cell phone fixed, I took to get it registered in my name so I could start using it.
Korean cell phone guy at TWorld says, “ohhhhh,” in a really ominous tone of voice.
“What? What’s wrong?”
“ㅁ나얼미나어림나얾;니아러ㅑ덤;낭”
“Ummm….hold on, let me call a friend.”
I…
yummm nang myun!

Dongmyo Vintage Market
I’ve found my latest shopping-water hole, in a rather unexpected place; subway station Dongmyo (dark blue line 1, exit 3). It’s a vintage/second-hand market where you literally can find everything.
The area is rather big and one can easily spend half a day walking around the shops and stands. People who come there are of all sorts; fashionistas and shop owners looking for unique pieces to their collections, but also ajussis and ajummas wanting to make bargains for kitchen appliances or other electronic gadgets.
Just like most second-hand markets, it takes some energy to look around, just because of the fact that there is so much of everything – both priceless and useless things. There are musical instruments, clothes, accessories, and all sorts of interesting one-of-a-kind’s – but there are also half used body lotion bottles and piles of copied Korean 70’s CDs for sale, so it takes a bit of effort to find the hidden goodies.
Luckily, if you don’t have much time or much patience, you might just as well find something if you are prepared to pay just a little bit more. Apart from the stands, there are also some shops to keep your eyes open for. They take advantage of the draw of the market, but find the treasures for you, so in these shops it’s much easier to find the latest trends or quality clothing.
I made a little video so that you can see what it’s like (sorry about the low sound)!
