Ok soooo…I’m on my break and totally do not have the time to tell this whole story. But it was the night of the TOP&GD & Major Lazor show. There is a post ready to go on Bananamilk but we are hesitant to post it because we do not want to end up in a flame war with hardcore TOP fans.
Basically, me and Cory’s friend, Chris, is a hype guy/DJ in his own right for Major Lazor. He took us backstage to a VIP room after both their sets and there across from me sat TOP and DJ Diplo…just chillin. After a while we all went to an after party at a hotel where there was a smaller room…1 couch and 2 arm chairs. TOP sat in an arm chair, I sat at the end of the couch near him. At one point he saw I didn’t have a drink (I don’t drink alcohol FYI). He ordered me a drink…I seized my opportunity and grabbed his hand and said, “오! 괜찮아요!” (oh! It’s fine I’m ok!). This didn’t work and he made me do a “one shot.” you have never felt peer pressure until you have gone out in Korea…or been asked to do a one shot by T.O.P.
So that’s the basic story of where and how. There are about 4 hours of details I have left out though… ^^
