I was wondering, how do you afford living in Seoul (apartment, bills, etc.) from working at a retail store and then a restaurant? (Don't take this the wrong way, I love what you're doing) I'd just like to know cause I'd love to do the same! But it seems hard to make enough to live out there without being a teacher or something more "professional"
Haha, I understand your question. To be honest, it is not hard to find a reasonable apartment in a decent area. Www.craigslist.com is a great resource for finding a place. Why? Because the posts are often from foreigners who need roomates and therefore don’t want u to pay “key money” or even sign a lease. Another option I have not researched well but I heard about is living and working at hostels.
As for my income, I was with American Apparel for a very long time so my wage was decent, and I saved a lot. I am truthfully not the best budgeter in the world, and even I have done just fine here. ^^
